4 Ton 16 Seer Goodman Air Conditioning System - GSX160481 - AVPTC48D14

I ordered this unit thinking it was a good deal and the reviews I read seemed to be good but after talking to my HVAC guy he told me that Goodman units have a lot of problems with the coils leaking and I did a little more investigation and it seems to be true so I decided to return the unit back to MRO Next Day and they received the unit back and signed the freight bill and did not note any damages and they even noted the shrink wrap was on the pallet and was intact but now they’re saying it’s severely damaged. I don’t recommend anyone doing business with these folks and hopefully Amazon will end their relationship with this company.

This is a terrible unit and although the price is attractive my experience was the coils actually failed twice within 12 years. The first time I got them replace via warranty and the second time was a freon leak which caused me to replace both inside and outside units. My advise is to get the next best unit up from these!
