Does this product disinfect as well as remove stain and odor?

Yes a little. It removes really well though.

How is this different from Resolve Ultra Pet?

I can’t give you a scientific reply, but the regular resolve appears to work about as well as the Pet version. We once used the regular when we couldn’t find the pet grade.
