Can you turn up the volume on the alarm ?

The sound is fixed. It cannot be changed.

How do I turn the hourly alarm off? I don't have the instructions.

In the standard time of the watch, press the "MODE" button twice, the alarm time will be displayed, then press the "START" button to adjust the alarm, press twice until the alarm is not displayed in the upper left corner.
