WG-3333 24k Gold Plated Speaker Banana Plugs-Closed Screw Type (6 Pairs (12 Plugs))

My only complaint with these was the shipping and handling. I am glad they came in a 24 plug pack. I only needed 7 pairs. I don't have any spares because during shipping, it appears that they dragged the package behind a fork lift or maybe used the package to slide a bulldozer down a hill as the plugs were absolutely destroyed. One was ground down to almost nothing. Several others were smashed and ground down. Again, this is a shipping and handling issue, and should not reflect upon the quality of the plugs. To that end, I found these very easy to use. If your stereo equipment tolerates these plugs, they are very handy during installation . They mount easily on the ends of the wires. You just strip off about 1/8" of insulation, stick the wire throught the back until the copper comes through, then bend over the copper wires over the tip of the plug back, install the plug front onto it, and cinch it down. When the front and back of the plug come together with the wires in the right place, it is a very solid connnection. Way better than trying to get wires under a terminal without touching surrounding wires or other terminals. The plugs fit well into the receiver and speakers (if they have a compatible inlet). The grip seems firm, but not too tight. A good electrical connection. The gold plating does not oxidize, so you dont have to worry about dielectric corrosion you get when copper and aluminum come together. I like using these plugs when I can. For the price, these are a good buy. As good as ones I bought from Crutchfield. I recommend.

I've used these banana plugs to create easy connections from my stereo amplifier & receiver to my speakers for both my stereo 2.0 set up and 5.1 surround. I have tried several different brands and for the longest time swore by the Monoprice branded plugs that look similar. I've switched to these because they are easier to use. The barrel on these measure at 5mm on the exterior which provides enough clearance to slide the upper portion over the barrel with the splayed wires without snagging on the threads. The Monoprice one's measure at 5.5 even though the upper diameter is the exact same. This caused the speaker wire to bind in the threads and break when trying to place the upper piece back in and screw them together. Overall, I'm really happy and feel like this make for nice, easy way of connecting your audio equipment and a good value.

Bought the large pack as I've got multiple pairs of speakers and the Neohipo VU meter/ switcher. when changing out speakers on the Neohipo these make changing out a breeze. These are well made and easy to set up and economical.

These are ok for the price, a bit unusual in that they have a very long end piece that makes you strip the wire back about an inch to get it through to the end to lock it in place. They're longer than any others I've used before. Does accept 10ga wire so that's better than most they have barely enough spring in the tips to hold them in place, most I've tried at this price typically will fall out of the post after 1 use these have been unplugged 10 times before they needed to be tapped on the floor to fan the spring back open.

They work as they should and getting the job done quickly. Works great with my train layout.

Had to get y’all some decent pics of these bad boys lol. But if you have a home theater that uses binding posts then these are highly recommended! I have the Sony STR-AN1000 and they fit very snug! They got a little weight to them so you know they are well made, but you get them for around the same price as those with lesser quality. Between these and ferrule crimps I used to connect the speakers wire to the speaker terminals, this ensures an excellent connection for no loss of sound quality. Not to mention a much cleaner look! If you’re thinking of getting some, stop thinking and just do it! You won’t regret it!

These banana plugs worked just perfectly for my needs. Easy to assemble with speaker wire. Quality seems perfect as well.
