Standard Thru-Wall Skimmer

I am very happy with this purchase. I tried everywhere to find this Skimmer for a Doughboy pool I purchased in 1989. I was replacing the liner, and the old skimmer lid was cracked and faded, so I decided to replace the skimmer to. I wasn't sure what I was going to get exactly by reading the description of the skimmer but took a chance anyway. I was pleased to see the box contained everything needed (Gaskets, basket, lid, water flap, vacuum connection, and screws) to install the skimmer. Plus, a new eye inlet also. It was delivered on time as promised. I would purchase from this seller again.

This skimmer is what I needed but the skimmer bucket was too small for my pool. I had to return it because I needed the larger skimmer. Marks was very good at accommodating the return and was pleasant to work with.

Excellent. We bought this to add a second skimmer and return to our Doughboy 16’ x 32’ oval pool. Works excellent and installing was fairly simple. Now we have eliminated the dead spots in our pool as water is circulating from both ends.

Direct replacement for Doughboy skimmer. Only down side is it does not have a threaded outlet. So you have to use a hose.

I am so impressed!!! I needed to replace the skimmer in my doughboy. A place near me said it would be 160.00 and over 2 weeks to get it and that was ONLY for the skimmer, no gaskets etc. This product came with EVERYTHING! We replaced all parts and it worked perfectly!

it came broken had to install that way. We were having a party in 2 days. the cover does not stay on when people are in the pool because the water will knock it off. the plastic tab that holds it on was missing

With my pool being so old I was not sure that I would be able to find a thru- the- wall skimmer to fit. Was so happy to have found this one. My old skimmer was leaking and no matter what I tried to do to repair it it just wasn't enough. I didn't think it was possible to find another one. Searched, found and ordered this one. It was very easy to install. Quality product. Thank you Amazon for making it available!

While smaller than the original, it's a gem to find after so many years. Directions say put the gasket on the outside. I say keep one of the old, and put one on each side.
