Is it effective against thrips

This will be effective against Thrips. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002BP12LI?tag=greenpinkyaawp-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1

How long for it to work? I spayed every leaf and stem, top and bottom. Aphids are still moving the next day.

We used primarily for Japanese beetles on our cherry tree and roses. It did an awesome job of taking care of the beetles

Can this be mixed with RoundUp or 2-4D?

I haven't done it, but I am sure it probably could be mixed depending what you plan on using it for. Actually I may try it, as I broadcast spray around my dog kennels, no grass means no fleas, but this may prevent other bugs as well. Will update with my results.

How well does this kill armyworms?

It will kill kataba worms, so I would think it would.
