Very comfortable for plantar fasciitis. A real relief.

Was having some niggles with my left foot in the arch. Fitted these in (both) my walking boots and did a 5 day hike averaging 18 miles a day with a full pack inc camping gear. I took it more slowly than I normally would have but no issues at all and my feet were just as fresh at the end of the day as at the beginning. Also to note, I walked around in regular shoes in the evening (no arch support).

I use them in my slippers as I wear them most. They’re Nice and soft but as for the arch support, it doesn’t help at all.

Have now purchased 3 pairs of these Arch support insoles to save me changing from one pair to the the other, they are a great fit and have not had to trim / alter any of them and very comfortable, can definitely recommend these.

So after throughly testing on a 2 week holiday to Disney, Florida. These are very supportive, yet they are firm. They aren't overly cushioning, so if your looking for comfort these aren't the best. If your looking for support then they are great. I found my feet were a bit sore after 10,000+ steps a day, but that was from being on them and nothing from any posture related issues. These are ideal for work boots or those wanting more arch support, but be warned they aren't soft like the memory foam ones, these are a lot more rigid. Fitment was straight forward and can be easily cut down to size.
