I honestly wasn't sure if the Hue Iris would be worth the price, but after using it, I'd buy it again without hesitation. The lamp itself is beautiful. I purchased this gold version, and it feels much more like a piece of décor than a piece of technology. Even when it's turned off, it looks at home sitting on a bookshelf. The lighting is where it really shines. It provides rich, vibrant colors and soft whites that completely change a room's mood. Setup with the Hue app is always super easy. Once connected, it integrated seamlessly with my other Hue lights and Apple Home. The only downside is that the Hue ecosystem can be expensive if you're just getting started, especially if you also need a Hue Bridge. However, if you're already invested in Hue, or you're looking for a high-quality smart accent ligh, this lamp is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended if you want lighting that's both functional and beautiful.

I waited to purchase this until a sale made it a better value for my money. I was happily surprised with this stylish lamp as it fit perfectly with my other gold decor. The integration with the Hue Bridge was seamless and works well with Google Home. The lamp is more for accent lighting than anything else. So if you're not pointing the colorful wall wash at something, you're not using it right.

I ordered this to replace a cheap nightstand lamp with a shade that could never be cleaned. I live in an apartment that doesn’t have overhead lights. All my lamp bulbs, smart plugs, etc. are Hue, I use an old iPad mounted on the wall as a “switch plate” (Apple Home), everything works fine. I have bedtime scenes that turn on white noise and the lamp, morning routines that gradually turn up the light, lamps that come on when I arrive home, etc. I’m happy with all of it, my only comment would be that they are expensive for how they look. This lamp has some metal, mostly plastic and looks it. My real disappointment is with Amazon/3rd party seller. I received a previously opened used item. If you look at the seller reviews they have 100%. But if you look into the reviews they have many that say a used item was received. Amazon will remove it from the totals and take responsibility for it, but how are they getting so many previously unboxed items to ship out? It’s the principal of the thing, I paid for new, I want new. Undecided whether I will push back on this and reorder until I get a new one.

Bought one for myself amd the other for a student room. Very practical, great quality lighting and paired to HUE bridge but can be used as a solo unit.

This super clean clear bubble light is beautiful with its clean white Lamp surface. The diffused light from this is perfect for creating beautiful ambience. Very powerful with a clear bubble shaped base and it’s White cap surface it displays both white and a full colour options. My entire home is now Hue Lighted in every room. I’ve been collecting Hue lights since 2006’ now I finally have a fully lit apartment with light features in every room so I can change the atmosphere by painting with light. I’m very excited and happy with this purchase.

Love it. The ambience is amazing. Bought two for my listening station. Most likely will purchase another one or different product of Hue. A big fan.
