I love everything Caraway! The non-stick is everything! Cooks evenly. Makes cleanup so easy. The colors are great, too.

The prettiest pot ever. Luxury packaging and feel.Such high quality, it truly is non stick!! The handles are so smart and don’t get heated. It feels like our quality and luxury. ***The only downside is in terms of functionality, the no-dishwasher thing is a bummer, and the pot is very heavy, which should be considered as it is hand washed. I still feel like it deserves 5Stars as I knew that the pot is hand wash only, so product was as described, and other than that, it feels like a league of its own.

I have the skillet, the griddle, & Dutch oven. All cook well and are easy to clean up. I especially like the Dutch oven. It is relatively lightweight compared to my old cast iron Dutch oven. Best of all, you can buy a good sized steamer accessory for the Dutch oven. I have discarded all of my old skillets and griddle

Well, I saw this brand advertised on the line as we do - and I thought ok, let’s see. Is there any truth here?? And, I bought the Dutch oven. Oh - wow! There is truth here, this is AMAZING!!! I think their claims of this being healthier are valid - I have two birds and you should not use regular non-stick pots and pans with them, but Caraway is fine! Also, I’m fairly famous in my own circles for my rice pudding - not for nothing, the batch I just made in my new Caraway is, I think, my best ever!!!

This pot is so pretty amd it works so well. I havent had anything stick to the bottom of this pit yet akd I do a ton of cooking. It holds up well and is so easy to clean. I use it for soups as well as fired rice dishes and it does so well. The versatility is great. I plan on getting the entire set.

I must say that I have been purchasing Caraway pots and pans for the last couple of years. This was my most recent purchase which was in July. I don't have too many occasions to use this as a dutch oven but, I use it as a soup pot and pasta cooker. I haven't used it to bake bread yet either, it hasn't been cool enough to bake bread until recently.That said I do like these pans. They do heat up rather quickly. There is no need, and it's recommended that medium heat is the highest setting for heat.What I don't like is that the lids have a hole in the top to allow steam to escape. If using it as a dutch oven you will need to keep an eye on the liquid in the pot. Also, the lids have only a small rim and any accumulated moisture will pour onto your stove top if you are not careful.These are very good pots, reasonably light, (compared to my Le Cruset pots), and relatively non-stick. The only thing that i have seen stick was some sticky rice that I was heating in a smaller pan.The ceramic coating is very good, and has lasted a couple of years. In fact I believe that Consumer Reports rated this their top ceramic interior coated pans. The outside enamel is a little prone to staining. ButThe handles will get hot after a while so use caution, and a pot holder.I also bought the steamer insert. It works as expected.I would give the Caraway pots and pans a 4.5 * rating.

If there were pluses at the end of the Stars I would have hit all the pluses with it anyway my caregiver absolutely loves this pan as do we especially me because I'm the dish doer haha

Christmas gift to myself. One pot to rule them all. I refried 1/2 a stake from the night before with some backed potato bits and eggs in ghee. A wonderful crispy edge, no burning, no sticking. The pot practically cleaned itself with a little water. I'm asking for a pan for my birthday. This thing is so nice! Treat the cook in your life to one of these miracle workers.
