this is a moisturizer to use day or night. i wouldn’t call it a day creme, just moisturizer/primer like. can leave a tacky feel to the face.

Hello! Thanks for inquiring! I do not specifically know if it helps with someone solely based on age, however I did just read over the product box. This cream contains hyaluronic acid and polyglutamic acid for deep, long lasting hydration. It does say you can apply two times a day, morning and night for best results.
