Exactly what they say they are
I liked that I got these in time for my work Halloween party. They pulled my costume together and worked perfectly for an 80โs workout costume. The color was spot on! Neon blue. Reasonably priced for the quality. Was a bit tight on my wrists and forehead but I just took some breaks and stretches it out.
