Is there a difference between the all black and the silver and black 2 wheel cart? The silver is posted as lighter weight.

Can you carry beach chairs with it?

I would think so. Depends on how big and how or where you run the bungee cords to hold them on. I use it for my flight carry-on and CPAP machine bag.
