I have a high arch; is the insole arch high and supportive?

No this doesn't even touch my arch. This is a low arch support.

does it have metatarsal pad support?

These orthotics are flat and soft under the ball of the foot, so I would say there is not much metatarsal support.

Are the men's 8-13 and women's 6-10 the same? I was sent the women's but I'm a male w/size 12 feet.

Not even close 4.5-8 in mens is 6-10 in womens. 🙃

Do these work for pronation?

Yes they do. They have a nice arch support. I have flat feet as well as heel pain and these inserts help tremendously with both. Hope this helps!
