Sacramento Tomato Juice, No Added Sugar or High Fructose Corn Syrup, 46 Ounce Cans, 2-Pack

We used to buy the 46 ounce cans and/or 24 packs of smaller cans, 5 oz. in our local grocery store ( One of the Southeastern United States biggest Supermarket chains ), but they stopped selling Sacramento Tomato Juice in the early 2000's so I was pleased to see it available on Amazon. I bought the 2-pack of 46 oz. cans for $13.99 which is MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE than it should be, but I wanted to see if it was as good as I remembered, sadly it was not, it tasted weak, almost watered down, and it left me feeling disappointed. I'm just glad I didn't spend $50 for the bulk package of small cans. $7 for a 46 oz. can of tomato juice would have been more palatable IF it had been as good as it once was. If you grew up in the 1970's drinking Sacramento Tomato Juice, save your money, it ain't what it used to be!

Sacramento Tomato Juice is the very best tomato juice and the only one I use as the base of my gazpacho. It’s also great for making a Bloody Mary or just drinking plain with a stick of celery or a wedge of lemon or lime. Add some crackers and cheese and you have a delicious snack or appetizer.(For some reason it seems to be not be readily available so I buy some cans whenever I see them,)

This was the specific tomato juice my momma used in her barbecue sauce recipe (which, by the way, I should bottle because it tastes better than just about any other sauce on the market, especially if you don't like excessively sweet sauces or mustard in your sauce, which I don't). I couldn't find the Sacramento Tomato Juice anywhere, so I substituted another well-known brand. The sauce was good, but I wondered if it was missing something. So I found the Sacramento Tomato Juice on Amazon and ordered it right away. There was a definite difference!!! I'll be ordering it again when I run out. Please do not stop selling it!!!

Hate to buy tomato juice online but I can’t find it in local grocery stores and it’s the best as far as I’m concerned.

I drank this product as a kid and I'm now in my seventies. I was unaware that this tomato juice was still being produced. It is the best!!! Now that I have found it, I will be buying more in the future.

Most of the cans are very dented. I'm not sure if the juice is safe to consume. Very disappointing!!

We have been drinking this juice for decades and find it to be the best tomato juice out there. It is very difficult to get anywhere other than on Amazon. A little expensive, but worth the price.

This product is not only very expensive, but the taste leaves a lot to be desired. I don't know what the added ingredients are but they leave a bad aftertaste. There are two brands that taste better and are less than half the price.
