Buy these! They are incredible!
These knives are beautifully and amazing!! I have 2 now - this one and the chef one! They truly transform prepping and cooking into a much more enjoyable experience! I love them! But be careful they are super sharp! I bought cooking gloves and now I am a fearless chef!!! Hubby loves them too!

I love this knife
This knife looks very nice. I love the handle and how it looks overall. I sharpen my knives with whetstones and this knife performs well. If you use a strop to maintain the knife it will perform well, I wouldn't say that it retains its sharpness significantly better than my medium quality german knives and if I were to rate its sharpness, I would say 4/5. The 5/5 star comes from the form factor for me, I like holding the knife and since sharpness is good overall, this is my go-to paring knife. I hope to find it on another lightning deal.
