The frames really exceeded my expectations. They look extremely clean and professional. It takes a little to really get it perfect, but once you do one, the others are a piece of came.Great quality. After purchasing the frame I quickly found out that a Hockey Jersey is too big and bulky for the frame to hold and the backing did not sit flush with the frame causing the very frail clasps to bend. When I finally got the jersey into the frame the LED lights did not show through, which was the inly reason i bought the frame in the first place.Since the item was opened and I had to cut the jersey board backing, I messaged the company through Amazon asking if they would accept my return or refund my money. They requested pictures of the item and with the same business day I responded to their request. It has now been 6 days with no response from them. I even messaged them a second time telling them I would be giving them a bad review if they did not respond….so here it is.If I had bought the frame without the LED lights I do not think that I would be writing this review because after all said and done the jersey looks good in the frame. However the 1 star rating is mostly for the lack of Customer Service.

This frame is definitely a good value for the price. It’s the cheapest one I could find and it still looks good. I had a hard time pinning the jersey but that may have been due to the larger mesh of the jersey. 4x6 photos work great for the openings and I just bought a 2x3 sticker for the middle. All-in-all it turned out great (not perfect) and would by again.

With the matting these frames are the perfect match for jerseys and allows for a clean display of your favorite players and has openings for photos. The construction isn't as good as the $200 frames, but at this price point I have no complaints at all. All in I have 14 frames and I love each one #gobills
