Revised review/rating for the seller
I have no issue with this company or their product per se. Again, in the hands of someone who knew better what they are doing, it likely works as expected. The company did contact me and, although I declined the offer as the purchase was an unwise one on my part, issued a full refund. I didn’t request or believe I deserved this, but I appreciate the company and its representative’s professionalism, and would buy from it again if they offered something I wanted. All this did was blister my skin when I used it. Likely, I wasn’t using it entirely correctly, I’m not a doctor, but this was a waste of $30 for me.

Better than the doctor's approach for me
I had my doctor freeze a growth on my forehead, and she was focused on the "specified" spray time of 5-15 seconds. I told her to use the minimum time, and still ended up with a blister on my forehead for two weeks. After buying this, I found that I could spray it on a cotton swab and put it on new growths repeatedly until frost formed, and did that daily. It took longer, but it was just as effective and never resulted in an unsightly blister.

Might not be what you think it is.
I wanted a product to remove a wart by freezing. I have used products such as CompoundW previously. I ordered Vaxxen. This product is offered for sale with products that are for the purpose of removing warts. What I received was unusable because the plastic handle was in multiple pieces. No instructions were provided as to how to use it for wart removal. The limited material provided indicates that it should NOT be used on human skin. Videos suggest it should be used for electrical word or flash freezing foods. Seller and Amazon indicated that this product could not be returned. After I complained a second time seller said they would provide me with a return label. They never have. I don't know how this product that was unreturnable suddenly became returnable. What I have now is a product that is useless to me for any purpose and a seller that is unresponsive.

DANGEROUS overspray!!!
This spray can really hurt you if you’re not careful. I’ve had probably 100 skin growths removed by the dermatologist over the years so I thought I could do it on my own with this spray. I followed the directions carefully. It says to spray in short bursts holding the can upright, which I did. It stung a little—very similar to when the dermatologist uses the liquid spray, so I thought I was doing just fine. The skin growths that I tried to remove (5 of them) were a little smaller than the tip of a pencil eraser. As I was spraying I noticed that the spray (through the provided straw) was making my skin white (like a light powder) over an area about the size of a QUARTER. I did NOT realize that the “white powder” was my skin freezing and burning—over an area far larger than the skin growth I was trying to remove. Immediately those areas were red, within 20 minutes very swollen (size of a quarter), by the next morning small blisters over those areas had formed, and by the second day after, each one was a single very large fluid-filled blister the size of a quarter and protruding about a half inch. I read other reviews that said the provided straw applies the liquid to too large an area—I just didn’t pay enough attention to that. That’s why I am giving you a more detailed description of what this product did when I applied it according to the directions. If you use this product, be sure to make some kind of a safety guard to protect your surrounding skin from the freezing overspray. Perhaps a piece of cardboard with a small hole the size of your skin growth, and spray the liquid onto the cardboard so that it hits ONLY your skin growth. It would be better to have a smaller hole than a larger one. The provided straw does NOT have the pinpoint precision that the dermatologist’s spray can has. This product would probably work, but it is NOT safe without some type of guard to protect from overspray. Do NOT try this on more than one skin growth until you are sure your technique works. If you burn your skin like I did, it takes a long time to heal, and then it’s a lighter color than the surrounding skin. The size of a quarter. I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I really do hope that my review helps you from doing what I did with this product.

works well
This stuff seems to work like the freeze stuff the dermatologists use to get rid of skin tags . I have used it on 1 skin tag and it has come off . I am not sure if the skin surrounding my skin tag is going to change back to its normal color . I did buy the little cone shaped things that limit the expanse of skin that the freeze spray is being applied to but ended up not using them because it seemed a little difficult to hold a cone in place and then direct the spray tube into the wider end of the cone . Maybe I should have tried harder , a I may end up with a possibly permanent spot of reddish skin around where the skin tag was .
