I've been using it for work and it endures the punishment quite well.

i ordered this cleaver specifically for food prep on vegetables and medium cuts of meat. I figured I could return it if it turned out to be a cheapo junk knife. turns out the knife is extremely high quality, with a perfect blade shape and thickness, thin and light enough for fast work on the cutting board but heavy enough to smash garlic or chop hearty veggies like carrots or potatos. I am impressed with the quality of the blade and handle. feels like a $100 high end cleaver. this knife is note getting returned... it has taken it's rightful place as one of my favorites.

Ottima fattura e molto bella la custodia

This chops veggies really well for chilli and stews. The blade is pretty sharp and there’s a good overall weight to it. For the home chef, it’s a good overall cleaver. I’d recommend it 👌🏻

bin kein experte aber empfinde das messer als sehr scharf, ich benutze fast nur noch dieses messer. auch der preis ist super. kann es allen empfehlen, die nach einem guten messer suchen, trotzdem nicht allzu viel geld ausgeben wollen.
