I was very happy with the ease of setting this umbrella up. The only issue I have (and it's not a big deal) is the umbrella is a little too tall for me so the sun comes in depending on its location in the sky. Also, when it's windy, the umbrella easily gets caught in the wind so if the wind is coming in from a different direction of the sun, the umbrella will be useless. In addition, if you're using the umbrella with the chair from the same company, the umbrella is top heavy and if you're not sitting in the chair, the umbrella attached to the chair will fall over. So, it leads me to question how this umbrella would do on its own at a beach set up standing alone in the sand.

I needed a small umbrella for a bistro table in front of my main greenhouse. Most umbrellas I found were too big & toppled over with wind gusts. This size is just right for a small table. It seems sturdy also.
