Finally got exactly what I ordered
As we all know, Amazon quality has tanked in recent years, what was once regarded as credible has evolved into what many would consider a sophisticated scam. However, this item is actually what it says it is. Do not be fooled by lower prices offered by sellers, they will send you the wrong item. This one is legit.

Worth the extra $
Though more expensive than the aftermarket masks, these easily are worth it. They fit the harness better and seal better.

Seems legit but not always a great fit
I've bought a few of these cushions on Amazon over time since it's cheaper than most CPAP sites. It appears to be a real Resmed mask, and comes in the right packaging. Most of these cushions have been direct OEM fit, but my last one just won't snap well into place onto my frame. It keeps falling off. Fortunately it works fine when strapped. Still a good and legit buy overall.

I love this mask! Please try if your looking for a new mask
As a Cpap user for over 4 years I have tried my share of cpap supplies and accessories. This mask is a perfect fit especially if you’re a side sleeper. I don’t know about you but I got mini wrinkles fro the non cushioned F20 full mask. I had to find something that fitted and did not move if I moved. Total comfort, no leaks, and had no issues at all. I ordered a medium and it fit perfect true to size.

Few if any leaks, allows comfortable breathing through nose and/or mouth.
This is superior to the Amara View. The latter gave me excellent sleep scores but I also lost a lot of sleep adjusting it to get rid of leaks and also to allow breathing through my nose. The idea behind the Amara View is good in theory but did not work for me in practice. The AirFit F20 (silicone cushion) has given me outstanding service the four nights I have used it--far fewer leaks if any, and little adjustment needed.
