Came as shown in a box, great product. I come from a Gotcha Classic and the ease of use and silence/discretness is all for me. DuoMon is great, I use the silicone case and pocket it, not having to interact with the accesory device when connecting is also really cool. It can be really silent if you configure it, it displays data about pokestops and pokemon caught in a voice, the voice also confirms connection status. This with integrations on Android like PogoLTE make using an accesory device for Pokemon GO a seamless easy and efficient experience. My only points of contrast would be that the key metal attachemts that came made me easily break the precise plastic encasement for the ring keys, I would recommend just no key rings at all. Batteries are great if you buy rechargable or regular, when battery is low on juice it will start to disconnect more frequently. I also found myself putting a aluminium small sheet to make the electrical connection more secure on the battery and connector, I found irregular/intermitent connection otherwise, which made me lose connection most of the time, the aluminium sheet solved all of it. From continious daily use (About maybe 8h avg daily) batteried last me 2-3 weeks tops. I dont mind it, I had to replace my Gotcha Classic after 4 years because the battery started to die on me. Speed is really good too, I ride 10-20 km/h on a bike and found it can keep up, of course the speed limit is lower than 20 km but its still really fast. 5 stars, coming from any other accesory device this is the #1 for me. Yall should ship with rechargable batteries combo to commit for enviroment. Great product. Mentioning too the 2 Player simultaneous connection, I cant end my reply without that. I found it a wonderful functionality, sharing is caring and this is a social, or rather sometimes you will meet people, what a great feeling is to know this could enhance their experience.

I've loved this item so much. Works so much quicker than previous Gotchas and things I've tried. And for the money I've spent on those other products, this was so much more worth it. Especially as it can connect to two phones. My husband plays Pokemon Go with me often, but he does some driving so we can go from place to place quickly during events and can't spin stops ('cause he's driving). Having the DuoMon works so that as long as you have pokeballs, you don't have to really stop. It's not perfect over 30mph, but it'll still help you spin stops if you're traveling, if you can't do so manually. The connectivity is great, though the Pokemon Go app itself can get confused and tell you it's not working; just disconnect and reconnect. Sucks to have to use batteries but as long as you get rechargeables, it's not been too much of a hassle.

For context, prior to purchasing this Duomon, I was previously playing with an approximately 4-year old Gotcha auto-catcher (one of the black sorta oval-shaped black devices). My old Gotcha was very fast at catching and spinning stops, but I disliked having to press the button to wake up the device every time my game disconnected from the device every hour (as other reviews have clarified, this is a built-in feature in the Pokemon Go game code to limit the extent of spoofing with auto catchers). I looked up information on several of the different modern auto-catchers, including the Go Plus+. I landed on this device because I can’t reasonably keep a device like the Go Plus+ in my bag when there’s no option to turn off the vibrations (I.e. bringing it to work), nor do I want to continue having to use a device that requires hourly button presses to wake up like the Gotcha. So now it is day 2 that I have had the Duomon, and I’ve already been able to test it fairly extensively across using it passively to catch things while I’m at work and while driving (safely - reminder to all, do not actively play POGO while you’re behind the wheel and in traffic). I have many things that I’ve found convenient (and a few mildly annoying) about the Duomon as below: Pros: - Once it’s turned on and connected to your phone’s POGO, you can simply press the connect button once from the game and it reliably connects (at least for me). This is a game changer for me as I no longer have to fiddle with my keys that my old Gotcha was hooked onto with a special keychain case and look really conspicuous at work or other public places. - The SPEED! I had read from some sources that the Duomon didn’t run as fast as the old Gatchas, but this thing is at least on-par with my old Gotcha when it comes to spinning stops especially. I have already clocked it spinning a Pokestop while I was driving at 58MPH! I don’t think I’ve even seen my old Gotcha hit a stop going that fast, or at least not in recent memory. Suffice it to say, as long as it’s connected properly, it hits stops very well. I do feel like it catches Pokémon slightly slower compared to my Gotcha, but given the first pro mentioned I am ok with this, especially as I am mostly wanting to be able to quietly and inconspicuously reconnect it while I am at work. - Using AAA batteries - this can be a con for some people as of course it’s inconvenient to carry around AAA batteries for something like this. The way I see it, I already have a wide array of batteries around the house, and the most common being AAA batteries for other devices as is (computer mice, keyboards, remotes, etc). I was on the fence about buying a 247 for the reason that some reviewers said that they didn’t hold a charge very well after a certain point, which in my mind raises the issue of how well a built-in lithium ion battery made by a 3rd party manufacturer could hold up. For me, that made using the Duomon more palatable as the hardware is already fairly well established otherwise for traditional batteries, and the battery life will more so depend on what kind of AAA batteries you use, which will be specific to the individual (plus it’s one less thing that needs to be troubleshooted as AAA battery technology is still pretty commonplace. Cons: - The initial setup - granted the user manual gives a decent overview of how to go through the menus, but it did take me some time to figure out what all the colors mean and how to change settings to how I wanted. It does help that the Duomon for both player settings reads out which setting you’re on in different voices, but the speakers are pretty soft so I wouldn’t recommend trying to do this on the fly in a busy street for example. - The battery compartment is mildly annoying to open. It does just take pulling a sliding button out from the compartment door, but this was finicky for me to get open the first time as I was worried I would break it if I was too aggressive (based on other reviews concerning the fragility of the Duomon). Insofar it hasn’t been super fragile to me broadly, but I will come back and update if I do eventually have any problems on that front. - Price - I was able to get it on whatever kinda sale it was on (around $60), but I will say I would not pay a full $90 for this. I already had to really rationalize how much additional joy this would bring me (and one of my coworkers who will be using the second player connect feature) before I finally committed and made the purchase. That is very much down to the individual to make that decision. Overall, I am very satisfied so far with the Duomon in its performance and features. For anyone who is serious about making the most of POGO (I.e grinding stardust and getting extra Pokémon throughout the day for transfer/candies without appearing to be a POGO addict), this is a fine device for making that dream into a reality.

Just a bad product experience. The good: The buttons on the devices function as expected and the instructions on how to adjust the settings were mostly clear. The silicone cover was nice. The bad: Everything else. The device wouldn’t stay connected to any of my 3 devices for more than 2 minutes. Listening to the thing chime over and over that it disconnected was very frustrating. The built quality is junk. One wrong drop and this thing feels like it would probably shatter. I’m not even sure the silicone cover would protect it from a drop of more than a few feet. Half the accessories they send can’t even be used with the device. The silicone cover and the small strap with a clip worked well. The giant clip with a giant strap, as well as the large split ring with a little clip, can’t attach to the device or cover in any way. The disconnecting functionality alone is reason enough not to get this, but for $80, I expected an item that didn’t feel like it was made of the cheapest material possible. Spend your money elsewhere.

First, I want to say that I wouldn't listen to the reviews about it "breaking" easily. It is design in a way that if dropped yes the door latch pops off. It is made with lightweight plastic and does this so that rather than dropping it and breaking the door latch pops off instead. It does not render the device useless. Rather you can very easily just pop the clip open on the side the door latch goes to and slide it back in and close the device. There is a small spring that is a pain to get it to hook onto, but the door will still work either way. Without the spring the door will not auto close, but will stay shut. You could call this a design flaw, but I mostly want to get the information out there for anyone who has this happens to them. Onto the operations of the device. The user guide isn't great, but once you learn the ins and outs of the device then it is pretty easy to use. You can go to the duomon website and see more detailed instructions if needed. This hits pokestops pretty much as long as you're going under 45 MPH which is great considering you absolutely cannot hit them going that fast without the device. It also hits pokestops and catches pokemon faster than any device on the market, allowing you to get more items when driving or walking around. As well as catch more pokemon. There was mention of someone saying "this definitely misses the shiny pokemon". Definitely not true either. It's just simply not how the device works. The device uses the red pokeball and it's going to have the same capture rate on pokemon it is trying to catch if you were just throwing one yourself. So yes it's going to miss pokemon. However, if you are using it as a device to just catch pokemon passively when you can't play then you aren't really missing out. I have only had the device a few weeks and it definitely has caught several shiny pokemon for me. I bought one for myself, my wife, and my mother in law, and together we have easily caught at least 12-15 shiny pokemon in that span off the device alone. This device has also allowed us to play more as we rarely have issues with maintaining pokeballs now and encouraged us to play more. It's really nice being able to just focus on catching pokemon while the device hits pokestops for you. 10/10 would recommend if you have the money. I would rather spend the money on this first before spending in game currency. It is worth it in the amount of items you will get from the device alone.

It works very well To catch Pokemon while you’re out driving

Since they stopped making pogo+ devices I decided to try this one. Definitely an improvement as it’s nearly half the price! Device itself is a similar size/shape so it fits in your pocket well, but does not constantly vibrate like the original. It also allows you to connect two accounts meaning only one person will have to carry it

Second auto catcher I tried. This is well worth the money, only need to buy one so both of us can use it at the same time. Stays connected for hours, with rechargeable batteries this is a non issue. Best auto catcher by miles so far and well worth the money!

Ich nutze es mir einen Android-Gerät. Es funktioniert sehr gut, die Batterien halten sehr lange. Leider ist es größer als es den Anschein macht, das stört aber nur gering.

I ordered this on a Friday night and got home Monday afternoon it was delivered. Works great after a quick YouTube tutorial.
