It cleans well, and very cost effective for daily cleaning if the lowest price is your primary criteria. It took care of some minor spots without any issue. However, it has a very dry cleaner like chemical smell and not to my liking (as others have felt the same too). While the smell is not overwhelming and will go away after drying, it is not something that can be described pleasant in anyway for the next few hours. For this reason - i am taking one star off. This is not for me as I would stick with Bissel and Hoover solutions in future as they have very good fragrance, and only a few dollars more.

This carpet shampoo works really well! I used it in my carpet cleaner and it left the carpet looking noticeably fresher and cleaner after just one pass. It helped lift out dirt and some old stains I didn’t think would come up, and it left a light, clean scent that isn’t overpowering. A little goes a long way since it’s a concentrate, which makes it a great value. I would definitely buy this again for routine carpet cleaning and spot refreshes

Love this carpet cleaner. Not only is ecomical, but it does a great job cleaning up the dirt out of carpets whether it's a small area or in a carpet cleaner, cleaning a whole room. A little bit goes a long way, and it doesn't leave a sticky residue, like some others I've tried, and rinses well. After having seven dogs some time ago, I've gone through some products (and carpet cleaners!), and ZEP is my favorite, and my go-to. It's a great product, especially for the price.

I am very, very pleased with this product. I have like rugs and recently I still have a lot of traffic coming out. Where is before it was just me and unfortunately they bring in the dirt with his shoes even if it’s just a little entryway where they take off these shoes. This is the dusty dirty thing. I also accidentally knocked over a plant that was in the dining room and the dirt sunk into that corporate before I could really get it up and left a shadow somebody recommended zip I’d never really heard of it but I went and got some. I mixed it in my shampoo or I have a rug shampooer and I put the zip into this Works shampoo. I’m here to tell you it came up like magic I was thrilled, cause I didn’t want to pay another three figures for a rug. It’s good for all kinds of rugs too. I have sort of like a gentle lamb that I clean by hand because it’s the area rug I put a mixture of warm water and a light sponge and just go over my lamb with it and it comes up brand new and the price is pretty reasonable for you get that big gallon over it it’s pretty reasonable. I recommend recommended.
