Very good foot rest - in fact my feet are resting on it as I type this review! Because of the way my office furniture is built (IKEA Kallax units with desk tops fitted to the top edges) I have to have my chair adjusted slightly higher than you would for a normal desk. As a short woman this leaves my feet dangling uncomfortably. My chair does have a foot rest but I have to tuck my legs under the chair to reach it - not the most comfortable way to sit! I had been resting my feet on a plastic toolbox but I have managed to crack the lid by doing this, so I thought it's time I invested in a proper foot rest. This one is the perfect size for me. It was very easy to put together and is very sturdy and stable. A very good decision, glad I bought it.

I love this foot rest, it has three levels and the foot plate moves back and forth so you can keep your feet moving when sat all day.

Not bad, instructions are a tad poor, but, my main issue is I thought it'd be fixed, not a 'rocker' where your feet move. Is easy to setup, but, trapped my finger initially. It's a tad different than I expected due to the 'rocker' movement which I guess is good for your feet, but, definitely needs to be clearer that it's not fixed and locked'. Delivery was within about 4 hours which was fab. and packaging was really good and the product is sturdy, but, it'd have got a 5 out of 5 if description and instructions were better. Let's see.

Adjusts up and down and in the angle of tilt, though a bit awkward to do and you can't do so when you're actually sitting in your chair. However you don't seem to be able to lock the angle of tilt so I find it just moves when my feet touch it. Also beware that it's quite deep, so if you're shorter like me, you may struggle to fit the spokes of a large office chair and this rest under the desk so you're close enough to it (but I suspect this is a common problem with them, not unique to this - just didn't have this problem using a book!).

I love this and as a writer, I sit more than I'd like, but the desk footrest is great because it means I can rock my feet backwards and forwards on it to at least keep some movement going in my legs as I write. The height is easily adjustable, and easily cleaned by wiping over with a damp cloth. It's not heavy to move, and is robust.

Bought it for my daughter. She found it useful as allows to rest her feet and keep her posture correct and when working long hours allows to exercise her feet.Quality of the material is reasonably good

Ich nutze diese Fußstütze seit über einem Jahr an meinem Schreibtisch und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ich bin recht klein, sodass ich regelmäßig das Problem habe, dass ich, wenn ich den Schreibtischstuhl passend zum Schreibtisch einstelle, mit den Füßen nicht bis zum Boden komme. Dadurch saß ich meist nicht ergonomisch auf dem Stuhl und habe das am Ende des Arbeitstages häufiger am Rücken gemerkt. Diese Fußstütze ist da genau das richtige. Ich kann meine Füße gut abstellen, die Noppen sind sehr angenehm mit ihrem Massageeffekt (ich trage keine Hausschuhe), und ich kann mit den Füßen leicht kippeln, was meinem Bewegungsdrang etwas stillt. Die unterschiedlichen Höhen sind sehr angenehm, so kann ich die Beine etwas variieren. Ich merke, dass ich seit dem Kauf der Fußstütze deutlich weniger Rückenschmerzen habe, und kann sie deshalb auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Este reposapiés ha sido una gran ayuda para mejorar mi postura y aliviar el dolor en las rodillas. Siempre he tenido la costumbre de sentarme con las piernas echadas hacia atrás, lo que empezó a pasarme factura (y no soy tan viejo, solo tengo 35 años). Fui al médico y me recomendó no flexionar tanto las rodillas, así que decidí probar con este reposapiés. No solo ha ayudado con las rodillas, sino que también me siento más recto en la silla. PROS: · AYUDA A MEJORAR LA POSTURA. Desde que lo uso, noto una gran diferencia en la forma en que me siento, con menos presión en las rodillas y una postura más recta. · TAMAÑO ADECUADO DE LA BASE. El tamaño es perfecto para apoyar los pies cómodamente. Lo uso sin zapatos, y las "bolitas" de la superficie no son molestas, aunque tampoco diría que ofrecen un masaje. · VERSÁTIL Y AJUSTABLE. Lo uso en la posición más baja debido a mi altura, 190cm, pero cambia de posición fácilmente y tiene mucha movilidad para ajustarse a diferentes estaturas. Si eres más bajo, también se adapta bien. · BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO. Por el precio que tiene, cumple perfectamente con su función. De hecho, estoy pensando en comprar otro para la oficina. - PESA POCO: está hecho de plastico, asi que pesa poco y se transporta y mueve con facilidad. CONTRAS: · NO TAN EFECTIVO COMO MASAJEADOR. Las "bolitas" de la superficie no proporcionan un verdadero masaje, aunque no es algo que yo busque. · ESTABILIDAD DEPENDE DEL USO. Cuando se usa como está diseñado (y no al revés, como lo uso yo), puede tambalearse un poco, especialmente si tienes las piernas largas como yo (casi 190 cm). También quizás en otras posiciones con mayor altura se tambalee un poco más de lado a lado, pero es normal, está hecho todo de plastico. (ver video) EN RESUMEN: El reposapiés ha cumplido con creces su función principal, que es mejorar la postura y aliviar el dolor en las rodillas. Es cómodo, tiene un buen tamaño, y aunque lo uso al revés, se ha adaptado bien a mis necesidades. Por el precio, es una opción excelente, y estoy considerando comprar otro para la oficina.
