Is it a control top with thigh control also?

These panty hose control the entire leg from toe to hip. The control top just adds additional control for the abdomen and behind. I love these since having a severed Achilles tendon repair and wear no other.

Do thy run small or large? I am 5"2", 123 lbs.

I am 5"5" and got the medium and they fit fine. Only problem I have is selection of colors. Hope this helps. I weigh 132lbs
