I have constant inflammation in my fingers, including one that I couldn't bend and has to be operated on. I started taking this particular brand of Astaxanthin each morning, and within a couple of days, I was able to bend the finger better, without the same amount of pain. I sometimes forget that the finger hurts until I try to make a fist, in which case it still hurts a little. None of my other joints (which always had some pain, but minor-- I'm in my 60s) are hurting, and I don't get the 3pm sleepiness I used to get. There's definitely something to this! I do take this pill daily, without fail.
