This is rice vinegar, what pain relief are you trying to rid? The pain of normal flavoured rice? The pain of smaller bottles of rice vinegar? You are not a pain reliver, you are a good old rice vinegar and a mighty fine one too.

A lovely sushi rice vinegar. A light fresh flavour; I used a little more than I would normally and it was lovely.

This comes with its own guidance, in English, on how much to mix with your rice - tastes good and we had successful sushi :)
