This product is a bit pricey, but it’s worth every penny to me. It’s the best I’ve used when my eyelids get inflamed and itchy. It’s easy to use and provides almost immediate relief. I don’t use it frequently, so even though it’s a small bottle, it lasts me a long time.

I have very oily skin and this spray really help to keep my eyes clean. I use this spray daily, one spray on sterilizer pad for each eye, no more burning in the eyes.

Effective but the bottle is quite small at 1oz which is why I gave it 4 stars vs 5 stars.

So thankful for this product. I began having terrible eye problems, over a year ago. I don't rub my eyes, even when painful. I wear extended wear day and night contacts which I have worn for years. My condition even scared the Eye Dr Specialist Dr. he told me, at my first appointment. He mentioned a biopsy if I didn't respond to treatment. One eye was so swollen and painful, I could not open it. He did the test for growth of bacteria which was negative. I thought they might be Demodex mites ( or other types of parasites), from my research, which of course, would not grow in lab test since not a bacteria, but he would not address that at all. I even took clear tape samples I had taken from my eyes and eyelashes, which showed with my 30 power loop, which had so many unusual, almost identical clear/white 'things'. I asked him to please have the lab look at them. He didn't even look at them. He told me at follow up appointment he saw the white things in my eye but they were dead. He prescribed several RX medications, including antibiotic for eyes, which helped some but did into stop the terrible burning or my eyelashes falling out. He all had me buy over the counter medications and wipes. I kept re-filling prescriptions to help, but never would stop the progression of whatever this burning or my eyelashes falling out. The burning, especially at night drove me nuts! It kept me from sleeping. A few months ago, I saw a FB post about all the uses for Vicks. My dad used it for so many things. I began putting Vicks on my eyelids and eyebrows and it stopped the burning and my eyelashes grew back long, again. I know... but I was desperate for relief. I would not recommend others to do this, of course. The big problem for me, was the Vicks blurring my contacts. If I missed one night, though, it began again. Even though I did not experience any side affects of using the Vicks, other than blurring my contacts, I was concerned about using Vicks on my eyes. I did not know how safe Vicks was for my eyes, so began another search on Amazon. So many products are too expensive. I saw this product and when I saw the conditions it helps, including Demodex mites, I purchased it. So happy, I did! Oh my gosh, this stuff is wonderful. It is so comfortable for my eyes and refreshing. It relieves my eye burning instantly. Even my contacts feel better. I use it as needed, which for me is more than once a day. If you have eye problems, don't hesitate to give this a try!

This company needs to fix their pump/spray bottles. I was told I needed this product from my eye doctor for my eyes that get infected often. He told me to buy another brand but I bought a less expensive brand and now I see what happens. The pump bottle is cheap and barely sprays when you press it and sometimes nothing even comes out. Every time I use it, it is a frustration. Buy Avenova eye spray - that what was originally suggested to me.

I got a Chalazion and this seems to be helping. I use a heat compress and ocusoft lid scrub then top off with a spray of this stuff and it’s going down quickly.

This spray is marvelous, I just got a new bottle, and when I sprayed it on the words that came to mind were “this stuff is magical!” It’s SO soothing. It’s my go to whenever the weather is dry, or my eyes or eyelids are feeling irritated, itchy or dry. It’s great for planes too since that air tends to be very dry. I love this stuff, I’ve used it for many years and make sure I always have it in stock.

I bought this product because a new eye cream moisturizer made my eyelids break out in tiny oily blisters and made my eyes swell. The micellar cleanser I have been using nightly for three years was not able to remove the eye cream near the lashline or the inner and outer corners of my eyes. I sprayed Heyedrate generously over both eyelids and used my clean fingertips to massage Heyedrate into my lashes and the corners of my eyes. I felt INTANT, effective relief from the irritation!! I could feel the eye cream breaking down into a liquid texture and used a hypoallergenic wipe to remove the cream residue. The eye area was visibly hydrated and every bit of the eye cream was gone! But my eyes were still swollen. I expected both the swelling as well as the oily blisters to linger for five days at least. I was STUNNED in the morning to see almost all of the oily blisters gone! There were about 5 blisters in a cluster that had shrunk to the size of pinheads near the inner corner of my left lid. Swelling was minimal. That's it! WOW! I used the spray again and all the oily blisters and swelling have gone. The unexpected delightful surprise is the Heyedrate spray has visibly hydrated the eye area, making the eye area clear, fresh, and in better condition than before the oily blisters. I read the manufacturers information and learned that Heyedrate can last for TWO YEARS from date of manufacture in a cool place, away from heat. So I will be adding this as a staple in my medicine cabinet. I am so grateful for Heyedrate and especially to all the reviewers who brought me to choose it to buy. So I was pretty sceptical but getting desperate as I’d developed a massive stye that was blocking my vision and hurt really badly. Nothing I’d been told to try worked. So I bought this, sprayed it on the moment it arrived and then an hour later wiped it on with a cotton pad and 20 mins after that the pain was barely there! By next morning the swelling had come down about 70%! I don’t know how good it will be for king term prevention as I commonly get eyelash infections but so far I am very impressed and very glad I bought it! Also my eyes are weirdly not as dry?

Got rid of my itchy eyes. Gentle on the skin. Had a couple of sties coming up at base of lashes when I bought it. After using twice a day for 2 weeks the sties had dried up and I just rubbed them off. Brilliant! Went to order again but Amazon are not selling it anymore. So the search begins again for a spray that contains 0.015% hypochlorous acid. Hopefully it will be easier to find now.

The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is the price! When I bought it, I got it for £9 with a voucher. For reference: I have dry eyes, blepharitis, and can have blocked tear ducts/glands. I used to be fine only using heated eye packs once in a while and using baby shampoo to wash the eyelashes. But that stopped being effective. This spray genuinely lead to some comfort from the first use, and after a week of applying it 2-4 times per day to get started, I know I am going to repurchase. I use it plus a tea tree oil cleansing bar and have found that a great combination. The customer care and feedback from the company was phenomenal. Those guys really know about eye care! Thanks!

I never write reviews, but I had a stye and ordered this for next day delivery (yesterday). Put it on when I got it and had some relief. Had a full day, and when I got home put some more on. Work up this morning and the seed had worked its way out!! Barely touched it and blammo, no more stye! Put some more on just to kill any lingering infection and help with the redness. I have had sytes before but nothing has ever worked this quickly or effectively. One day!!!!!!

I can't see much difference I think you can get the same product out of Boots for less
