I don't know why but it is the only wet cat food our Willow will eat. It is delivered on time w auto ship and I had good response from customer service albeit navigating a maze to find a communicae.

Cannot return item
I am sure this is great food, but . . . I ordered the cuts version by mistake. I meant to buy the Chicken Pate.My cat will not eat the cuts version. And now I have a carton of 24 (2-pk) that cannot be returned or exchanged.I understand the safety reasoning, but still $$$.

Great value for the money!
I have a very fussy cat when it comes to food. I found the only one she likes is the Sheeba cuts in gravy with chicken. I've tried many others with no success.I found her food on Amazon that comes with the chicken she likes in a large 48 serving package. So much easier than wasting half of the packages because they mix them with other meals like salmon, tuna.The 48 servings come out to what the grocery store sells their single serving which is nice!

Love this kibble! Well, I don’t, but my cat sure does! I swear, if it’s not sheba, then she isn’t satisfied. She absolutely loves the chicken flavor, by far her favorite! I do thing the perfect portion size is a way cool feature. It saves on wasting cause you can start with one package and go from there. They are easy open and technically you could feed them right out of the package, but I just plop it on a paper plate. It must be good stuff if that’s all she wants to eat. I am absolutely a customer for life.
