Well made product very adjustable but you likely will get wet. Super product service from Melnor customer service and actually some one there to talk to. Would be helpful if the sprinkler was weighted when trying to adjust its location in rough lawn but works great.

Great sprinkler with all the adjustments to customize where you want the water to go. I have used it for most of the year here in north Florida. I made the mistake of leaving outside, connected to the hose, but not to the spigot, and the water held inside froze, which cracked the plastic. My bad. I bought another and will do better next winter.

Light weight. Adjustable settings for all kinds of coverage. Couldn’t find this type of sprinkler to purchase near me.

I have been using impulse sprinklers for decades. I have been setting them up in the corners of rectangular areas and moving them around to the other corners for far too long. I should have picked up one of these decades ago. This oscillating sprinkler is very easy to adjust to the shape that you need. I have the three-way adjustable model with a plastic base. You don't need the metal base; it is stable as it is. The metal base is just an aluminum shell and not much heavier anyway. I do wish I would have picked up the one with a built-in timer. It is easy enough to set a timer on my watch, but a built-in timer would have been nice. I may buy one of those too so I can set up an area and go to bed. The spray pattern is tight enough to give very even coverage. The area covered is much larger than expected. I wasn't sure whether or not to believe the manufacturer's claim, but I am able to water an area over 3,000 sq ft easily.

Love this sprinkler! I havent used a lawn sprinkler in decades but I am using a lawn company now and some of the applications require watering the lawn so I had to get something. I am not at all an expert on the size of an area, so I cannot attest to the 4000 sq ft claim, but I can say that I have a HUGE front yard and I only had to move the sprinkler 3 times (actually a bit more because I had to figure out the settings and the right place in the yard but I marked 3 positions in the yard). Its super-easy to connect and use. I didnt use the quick connect accessory that it comes with because I dont have those connections on anything else - because I have never had any that didnt leak and pretty much hate them - so I cant tell you if the quick connect accessory works as it should or not. As good as the sprinkler is, I would expect that it does work. I love all the adjustments that you can make to the amount of water being sprayed and the spray area - that is actually what I like most about it. The adjustments allow you to be very intentional about where you want the water and minimizes wasting water by watering the driveway, the street, or your neighbors yard. Yes - its all plastic, but isnt most everything these days. It is lightweight and feels durable. The connection to the hose is water tight and there is no leaking anywhere within the unit. The water goes in where it should and comes out where it should. I believe that if you dont treat it like a caveman or let it sit out in the sunlight all the time when not in use, it should last about as long as you can expect a $35 appliance to last. Very happy with my purchase - highly recommend!

These are extremely awesome. DO NOT go to walmart or other stores to find a cheaper brand. I tried 5 different brands in the past 2 years. Thank goodness i found these on amazon. So many different ways to control your water output. Finally, a great product.

Overall, it’s a nice product and works without any issues. The adjustable direction and range features are very good; however, as an engineer, I haven’t been able to understand how the 4500 square feet coverage is justified.

Works great. Like that it has adjustable settings to widen or narrow the path of the water. It is a plastic sprinkler but appears to be made very well. It was easy to set up. There was a free "quick connector" provided but I did not use this yet, but it did add value to what we got. No leaks and at a good price. I am very pleased so far.

My previous oscillating sprinkler finally died and it was time for a new one. Now I didn’t want to blow the wad on a high priced one that was overkill. Nor a cheap one that wouldn’t last and had limited function and range. So I thought I’d split the difference and found this model with numerous options! Obviously the back and forth control is helpful but to be able to aim the spray nozzles from mostly straight up to very wide while being able to independently leave on side straight up gives another level of coverage control! I haven’t quite sorted out how to best make use of the flow control, but a nice touch is an end plug that allows the cleaning of any inside sediment as well as a nozzle cleaning pin built on it! Add that to the ‘Quick Connect’ fittings included and I have a well made and durable sprinkler at a good price which will give me years of service to come!

I wasn’t sure how much of our front lawn/garden it’d cover and was expecting to have to move it with some of the pressure-related reviews. But it covers everything except for a tiny bit of one corner. The adjustability is excellent. And granted it’s only early, but the build quality appears to be very solid. It is completely plastic obviously, and it won’t be left outside when not in use, but zero complaints or issues from us.

Voldoet totaal niet ! Wat een miezerig straaltje komt eruit zeg ! Ik schat dat het bereik/hoogte ongeveer 60 cm. is .......en dat bij een normale waterdruk. Mijn hele oude sproeier, die ik gebruik in een ander deel van mijn tuin heeft een VEEL VEEL groter oppervlak wat hij kan bereiken. Totale miskoop, omschrijving klopt totaal niet met de gegevens zoals in de advertentie staan. NIET KOPEN, deze gaat zsm retour.
