Excellent Supplement for Weight Loss Surgery Patients
Good vitamins for weightless surgery patients. You don’t realize that how challenging it can be to get your needed nutrients after weight loss surgery and that it is for life. Shiny Leaf bariatric vitamins have made this so much easier. Everything I need but a daily calcium citrate and a weekly B12. My labs are always good. I but once a year for the whole year. These were recommended by my doctor
I needed to take a multivitamin after my surgery recovery that had a certain amount of vitamins, the most important one is the iron. I was leery of Iron as it has effected my body in a negative way in the past. I agreed to try it and see if it had a negative effect, and so far it's been fine. It is very important to take the correct vitamins as the ones I got a my local pharmacy over the counter were not what I needed to help my body continue to recover.
