Skeptical Spouse Now a Fan
Mentioned to my husband I wanted this and he seemed a bit put off by the price. Understandable. Now that we have it, we are so happy with the investment. We have about 1000 sq ft of vinyl plank, plus tile in two bathrooms, entryway, and large enclosed patio, and I just hate traditional sweeping and mopping, but with a toddler, baby, and two dogs, we can’t really go without cleaning the floor most days. This has made it immensely easier and quicker than I ever could have dreamed. We’ve used it for a few months now, and these are the biggest things I can think of right now: Pros: -Long charge let’s me do all hard surfaces in a single charge, even using Ultra mode as needed. We have about 1500 sq ft of hard flooring and I’ve never ran out of a charge. -Doesn’t leave floors sopping wet, dries super fast so I don’t have to worry about the littles slipping on wet floor, or excess water seeping between flooring planks. -Picks up everything from dirt to splattered yogurt to squished blackberries in one go. But we do have dogs that pick up larger food prices like bread or goldfish if they catch it before I do. We haven’t tested anything like eggs or spaghetti like in the the commercials. But I have cleaned up a bowl of milk and soggy cheerios that got dropped, so I’m sure it would pick up most things you need it to! -Relatively quiet: doesn’t freak out the dogs or littles. Much quieter than say a vacuum. -Prompts when water needs to be added, dumped, etc. some have said it’s a bit loud, but I like it. Notes (might be cons though they don’t bother me): -If you don’t clean the dirty tank every use it can smell. This hasn’t been a problem for us, it’s pretty straight forward to dump dirty water, rinse (I will also clean it with a splash of mild detergent or vinegar if it was really dirty) but I did forget to do it once and notice it smelled funky when I cleaned it a day or two later. Obviously it’s a dirty tank of floor gunks so I wouldn’t expect anything less, but I could see if you left dirty water in there for a long period of time it might get really nasty and be harder to clean. -On some extra dirty floor days, I have to refill the tank and empty the dirty tank more than once. To keep it from being heavy or cumbersome, the tanks are not huge. Usually one fill and one empty does all my floors. But if there’s extra dirt or a larger liquid spill, you’ll have to refill/dump more. Granted it’s amazing that it can clean so we’ll using a fraction of the water/cleaning solution that I would use with a traditional mop. -The self propel took me a few times to get the hang of. I kept pausing to bend down and move a cord or something, and it would jerk from me. The self propel is mostly helpful, don’t get me wrong. But it could be frustrating to some. -I find it “vacuums” debri best moving forward, so I either go more like a lawnmower and just walk continually forward in a pattern, or I do smaller strips forward, then backward over the same strip of floor and move sideways to a new strip to move forward…if that makes sense. This just took some getting used to as well. -if something is super hardened or stuck on, you may just scrape it off first or it will take several passes. We had a piece of candy or something that got stepped on and hardened. It didn’t come up after two passes, so I scraped it off. Ended up having to use a stoneware scraper, so it was really hardened onto the floor. Also my toddler put stickers all over the floor once. This doesn’t clean those up, hahaha.

Better suction than Dyson :(
I live on a 30 acres of farm. I have more large dogs, cats, small animals that live inside than I will share... I track in horse bedding and all sorts of stuff inside from the barn. I am a diehard Dyson lover. Positives- -Sucked up more than my Dyson Animal 8 Cordless did -Was able to finish the entire house (approx 1300 sq ft) and still use the self clean mode -I did not pre vaccum and haven't vacuumed in 2 days. It did a wonderful job picking up long haired dog hair ball that I ran over on purpose to see if it could handle it. -Love that it keeps hair separated out of the water so I don't have to go playing in the dirty water to get it out. -Love that I can switch to modes to what I need. I used Ultra because the normal wasn't using enough water with cleaner for me. -It stands on its own! You can cock it up and it stays. No worrying about trying to lean it on something while changing canisters like the sticks Negatives- -It does have some weight to it. I've had a lot of back surgeries so the pull is definitely noticeable. It does also walk/suck itself forward so you have that extra pull to get it backwards -You do need to pull it backward to actually mop the area you want. You have to stay in the forward backward motion or it won't mop where you thought you mopped going forward -Cannot extend it fully without it not mopping well. You have to keep it angled just right -It does leave streaks on the hardwood -It leaks everywhere if you pick it up and add any sort of tilt. When transferring keep it down! Don't carry it or try tipping it to pull hair from the bottom -Not the best maneuverability. More bulky than my Dyson stick I'm used to so you can't get under or around things like my Dyson does. -Would not suggest for deep cleaning. This is more of a quick decent clean. I feel like I'd have to go over the floor 6 times to get a deep clean and obviously the battery won't last for that. -Takes 4-5 hours to fully charge!!!!!!!!!! Make sure you start in areas you want to clean for that day

Just over 1 year - NOT WORKING PROPERLY
2/13/26 - UPDATE Still no resolution to this. The seller, Tineco, had me send it back directly to them, I paid $30 out of my pocket to send it, they refunded me $25 for shipping and now are jerking me around. They have my mop and my money! Tineco have horrible customer service. 2/1/26 - UPDATE Several months ago this unit started leaving about a 1 inch wide trail of water when I pull the mop backwards. I have reached out to Tineco and am now going back and forth about how they are going to make it right. I was told my unit can't be repaired. I was first offered a 50% refund and they keep my machine. Then the most recent offer is a refurbished, lower level unit with no compensation. I am very frustrated with this. Either refund ALL MY MONEY or replace it with an IDENTICAL UNIT. That's how warranties work. I purchased this in November of 2024 and don't use it very often and they have a two year warranty. I will update again after this has all been sorted. UPDATE: shortly after posting this original review, I was able to take the top off of the dirty water container and saw a small plastic filter that catches debris. I was able to remove the debris and all is well. Though, it would’ve been nice if the manufacturer had gotten back to me on my review and shared with me how to remove the debris. I love the ease of use on this mop but did expect more based on all the great reviews. I find it very difficult, nearly impossible, to remove a normal shoe prints and dog prints from my floors. DISLIKE The prints are simply everyday shoes, nothing out of the ordinary is on the soles of the shoes. I always have to use a separate wet cloth, get down on the floor, and wipe them away. Another dislike is the number of times I have to empty the DWT and fill the CWT is ridiculous. My home is of modest size, total SF of mappable space is about 1550. I like to mop the whole house at least every other day so that becomes a bother. I'm also wondering how to get the bits of debris out of the DWT. Is there a way to open that to get it all out?? I have had it tell me to perform a self-clean, on numerous occasions, while using it. What's up with that? I do a self-clean after each use to make sure it is always clean and doesn't begin to stink. Does it know there is something clogging it? Is that the reason it tells me to self-clean?? Having this mop really does make it easy to keep my floors mostly clean and I will keep it despite the drawbacks.

LOVE this Wet Dry Vacuum
This is one of my most favorite purchases ever. I was surprised at how well this vacuum cleaned my hardwood floors. Because it is auto powered it cleans quickly but also very thoroughly. If I haven't cleaned for a while, sometimes I'll do a quick vacuum with my regular vacuum around my dirtiest areas like my kitchen table and my wool rug that sheds like crazy, but really, you can easily use this vacuum mop to do it all. I only do it so I don't have to empty the dirty water tank quite as often. This wet vacuum has really turned my least favorite chore of mopping my floors into something I don't mind at all. It is quick, painless and easy to do! Definitely worth the money!! Before this I had the S3 which I also really liked, but I do feel the One S5 Pro 2 is a step up. I like having the larger clean water tank so I can mop more of my floor before I have to refill the tank. It definitly gets closer to the wall than the previous vacuum. I like that this mop is just a littlel more narrow than the other so it fits just right between the toilet and the wall whereas the other vacuum was too wide and wouldn't fit. Also, the mop head isn't as high as the S3 so it fits under my couch better whereas the other one was just a bit too high so didn't fit. There are some other features this vaccum has that the S3 doesn't but I don't really even use them.

It's good once you get the hang of it
I bought (specifically) the Floor One S5 Pro 2 so that's what I'm reviewing. Like others, I got it during Black Friday / Cyber Monday and so I waited 9 months to review it so I could put it to good use. Overall, I like it. Not in love with it, but it's good for what I need. For reference, I have all tile / vinyl flooring in my house (2000 sq ft). No kids, two occasional old stray dogs that come in and I feed and they hang with me for a bit before sending them back out into the wild. So nothing too crazy. Cleaning - I think it cleans well. I LOVE the solution (it smells good, very mild, the house smells great afterwards, no streaks, no residue, nothing bothersome). Battery life - I can clean my whole downstairs (about 1000 sq ft maybe?) and the battery drops to maybe 75-80%. I can do upstairs too (approximately another 1000 sq ft) and the battery will drain to about 40-50%. Happy with that. I ONLY run it on Max setting, never anything else. So impressive battery life. Never had an appliance with that kind of battery life. Cleaning - it cleans decent. I really don't care much for the roller, as after a few cleaning cycles, it starts to mat and then seems to struggle a bit with getting up stains on the floor (i.e. sauces, water spots, dog drool, etc). Some stuff (if it's particularly been sitting for a week or more) will take several passes to get up. But again, not mad about it. I'd have to do the same by hand. I wish the roller was a bit more fluffy so it would get into the cracks and crevices of tiles and floor planks, but that's just me. I can see the floors shine in the sunlight when it hits them, so that's good. Solution is legit 100%. I DO however notice that when it hits about 70% of the DWT, it starts to not put out solution anymore. I attribute this to the two metal prongs that sense the water level inside the tank, and as I'm moving it, and it splashes up, it shuts off the injection of the solution as a result (temporarily). To mitigate this, I empty the DWT when it gets about halfway and that fixes it. But I have to pay attention to see if I see any kind of wetness on the floor and then realize that's why. I do use it also on rugs, and it seems to do ok. It got the dog dirt / smells out from what I can tell. I know it's not technically rated for carpet, but I have low pile rugs so it works just fine. I have never paid attention to how long it takes to charge as it always gives me enough charge to do my whole house. The solution lasts awhile (I used up the small bottle that came with it and then the 1L bottle I bought later in 9 months - and that's cleaning between 1X a week to every 2-3 weeks). So glad for that. It doesn't take much. I would love to see a specific antibacterial / antimicrobial cleaning solution but that's negligible. Be SURE you thoroughly rinse the DWT after you use it! Trust me! You'll be like - why does my house smell SO BAD? and then you realize you forgot to rinse it out. But as long as you rinse it out after putting it on the charger - zero issues. Overall, I like it. I don't think I'd buy it unless it was on a really good sale, as there are other manufacturers that have similar products now for less, but it's good.

MOMMA LIKEY! MUST BUY!
Important Info: *We have 4 doggos * Shark robo vac ran day before * Hasn't been " deep cleaned" in a while due to reno and moving * Used the AUTO mode. I did my entry, living room, kitchen, coffee bar area, and around most of the table and down some of the hall before I reached 12% and needed to stop to self clean. I emptied it 5 times and refilled 4 times, not including the self clean empty. (I went slow and could have covered the majority of the house if I went at a normal speed. (1900 SQFT) The brush is so powerful it's self propelled, so hang on. Lol It handled the dog hair really well. The sensor for emptying told me before it was full that it needed to be cleaned because it had hair in the tank, but it never clogged and kept doing a good job. The solution you use is faint and smells good... fresh. It did leave some drops behind when I would pause to empty and refill but I just wiped those up no problem, no pooling. You dont lay it down at a low angle (like you could a dyson) for 1, it wont let you, and for 2, it will spill. I did get pretty far under some of my furniture though, it's fairly close to the ground. I went with the floor planks and against, left no streaking. Did a good job cleaning up dropped people food and smears as well as dried dog drool around the water bowl. (Nite to self: Really need to teach dogs to wipe their face 😂) it sucked up a piece of cereal missed by my 4 legged hoovers, but didn't suck up or clog on a Pokémon card from under the couch (just brought it out with it). It did try to eat a flip flop which was interesting, but that goes back to how powerful the brush is. Overall, I love it. Easy to use, light weight, not too loud, maneuvers with ease, cord is long, and very clear commands. 10 out 10 WOULD recommend.

How did I live without this???
I’ll state the obvious: I LOVE THIS MACHINE! So much so, I can’t imagine I lived without this for so long. It picks up EVERYTHING, it’s incredibly easy and satisfying to use. Mine came missing basically all the spare parts, which should tick me off, however I contacted Tineco and it was the easiest/friendliest customer service I’ve ever dealt with, they sent me all the spare parts I was missing and it arrived within days. It’s not extremely light, my kids can’t use it, however that is not a big deal to me. It’s built extremely well and I haven’t had any clogging issues. I run the self cleaning after every use, and rinse the dirty water dispenser as well. Every night after my final clean, I take the water dispenser, the brush roller and the roller cover and rinse it nicely and leave it drying on the dish drain - it sounds like a drag but it takes me literally two minutes to do so, MUCH faster and easier than dealing with a mop and a bucket of water. The only con for me is I wish I held more water, the water storage isn’t that big. However, I do understand that more water would mean heavier weight which would be a con, so I see the reason for the size. All in all, love this and can’t imagine ever not having it in my life.

Was GREAT until it wasn't.
We bought this mop about 2.5 years ago when it was a newer model and spent $400 on it. It worked so well, was easy to clean, and quickly became a staple in our household. Since we had spent as much on it as our Dyson vacuum years earlier, we expected the same level of quality. Unfortunately, that's not what happened. We went to use it the other day and it was just dead. We've had our Dyson stick for 10 years so we wrongly assumed that this machine was "new" in its lifespan when we contacted customer service. We were offered a pitiful 10% off of our next purchase despite going back and forth in protest. Absolutely terrible customer service and we will be purchasing a replacement from anyone other than Tineco as a result. For the amount of money spent, customers should feel a level of security in the product's lifespan. If you are thinking about purchasing but worried about the cost, you should be. Tineco essentially makes a disposable vacuum mop.

Reinformando NO COMPREN ESTE PRODUCTO
DESPUES, PIERDES TU DINERO.
