Can you use these on wet hair?

No, it won’t work on wet hair. The rollers get hot enough to curl dry hair. Wet hair would still be wet after using the curlers.

Will this work for natural 4c course hair?

I don’t think so. My hair is curly ringlets but it’s fine and it works just enough. Therefore I don’t think it’ll work on course hair.

Does it have temperature settings

No, mine has no temperature settings. Plug it in and red light comes on indicating that it is heating. My instruction sheet says light will turn white when rollers are hot. Does not happen. Light stays red. They probably heat in 3-4 mnutes, but I usually let it heat for about 10 min. max. Keep lid closed while heating. Mine has no on/off switch (design flaw imho), so it's important to unplug the device when finished.

Where are the 12 wire clips stated in the description? Ordered this set because it said it had the wire clips!

I did not read anything in the description about any wire clips. It only comes with the “super clips” which I did not like. They seem flimsy, were hard to work with and they left dents in my hair. I had to spend almost an additional $20 for 2 separate purchases of assorted wire clips to get the right sizes.

Heats up in seconds and comes with easy to use clips

I owned a set of hot rollers about 20 years ago and they took forever to heat up, were heavy and would fall out of my hair, and needed half an inch of water in the base of the device. These heat up in less than a minute--at least that is according to a roller that has a dot at its centre which turns white when the rollers are hot enough. They are very easy to roll into my hair and the clips are large and hold the rollers securely in place. I love them. I can straighten my hair in about 5 minutes and curl it in 10.
