How long will this unit stay cold after power is disconnected

In an empty box, set the temperature to -22°C. After reaching -22°C, the power is turned off. The time from -22°C to 0°C is about 50 minutes, and the time from 0°C to 25°C is about 400 minutes, which is 6 hours and 40 minutes.
The above data are theoretical test values and are for reference only. We recommend that the refrigerator be powered on all the time. After reaching the set temperature, it can be switched to ECO mode, which can also save power.

Set temp to 0 degrees yet after it reached that it ticks back up to higher temp (so far 5F)  than that without recooling?

This is a normal phenomenon.
For example, when you set 0 °F, the compressor of the refrigerator will reach this temperature after working for a period of time, and the refrigerator will stop working for about 10 minutes. At this time, the temperature will rise, as you said, 5 °F. After that, the compressor will work for another 15 minutes, and the temperature will drop to 0 ℉ again.

The power/standby switch does nothing. I press it for three seconds (as the manual ststes) and the little lock icon blinks a few times, then nothing?
