The convenience of this is unparalleled. The idea of having cream whenever I want it without sucking up fridge space or worrying about expiration dates. I just put it in a mason jar and shake it up. It dissolves so easily with no clumping. We’ve even used it to make Alfredo sauce. That’s how good it tastes. I don’t use cream in my coffee but I mixed up some for a friend and she said she wouldn’t have known it was a powder.

We make carnivore buns for my husband. I can eat them too since they are gluten free. With just a few ingredients we were both pleased with the great taste. Definitely healthier than anything you can buy at the stores. Also can be used for whipped cream, coffee creamer and treats. Great value for the money. Easy to mix in and long shelf life for a quality product.

I wanted something less processed than the coffee creamer I was using and decided to give this a try...it worked out fine after I figured out I needed to use my small wire whisk to blend it in. It only took a few seconds of brisk whisking to get my coffee perfect...it took no longer than stirring in powdered creamer with a spoon. The taste wasn't like my powdered coffee creamer, which at first I wasn't sure of, but I decided I liked the authentic dairy taste. Another difference is after about 5 minutes my coffee had a slight skim of cream that rose to the top, but I just gave my coffee a swirl and that fixed that. The cream also worked well when I made my simple potato soup recipe, again giving it a quick whisk to blend it in.

Honestly, I accidently bought this, but it has been good to have. We have found it useful for things like soups and stews. The flavor is fine, nothing special. But it does add that creamy factor you want sometimes. And it has saved us some runs to the store. We unfortunatly have not been able to get a good whipped cream from it. Honestly, if you assume that and use it for everything else, I think you will be happy.

This Heavy Cream is the best. I have been a loyal Anthony's user but this is better. It seems to be the same ingredients in both but this mixes so much better in my coffee. I am a new loyal Z Natural customer. Thank you for making such a quality product.

This was not cheap, but neither is the product! I bought it to make keto hot chocolate mix with and figured I'd use it as a coffee creamer also. My work provides the little Coffee Mate cups and I wanted somthing better without having to keep half & half in the communal fridge. It's very rich and is perfect for these uses and many more. With the long shelf life, I'm sure I'll find all kinds of ways to use it, especially when I'm out of heavy cream. I haven't tried whipping it yet and I may update this when I do. It is an excellent product, and I feel it is worth what I spent on it.

This is the easiest way to always have heavy cream. This has no additives...only sweet cream solids. You don't even have to mix it for recipes...just add the powder to the dry ingredients and the amount of water needed to the wet ingredients. We also use it in our coffee, and it doesn't lump.

Tastes kinda weird in my coffee. Different than real cream . but I will use it in baking.

Not sure why some people complain about the odor. In the bag, it’s odorless. I didn’t use it in coffee, but I made some crazy pancakes with just eggs and the powder. I’m on an OMAD keto carnivore diet, and it added a nice touch of variety to my meal. I just ordered two more bags to make sure I don’t run out. Another important thing is due to my super low carbs (below 10g, average 6g) this fits on my daily OMAD meal without spiking my insulin and keep me on therapeutical ketosis (over 3). So... it is not just Keto friendly but it is also tasty and helps my get the calories I need.
