good product, helps with my foot and calf cramps at night. Magnesium also helps with bone density and my last bone scan showed 18% more density. I believe it helps with the absorption of calcium? I'm very happy with this product!

My local health store is always out of this so I found it on Amazon. Love this product.

Good price. I like the way it's packaged/formulated so that I can open the capsules and pour the powder onto whatever is being ingested. I have been using it mostly in pet food. My pets seem to respond well. I had a bird that got sick on a rare occasion, mainly from eating feces I think. I gave him a capsule full of this product and within the same day, he got well. That's how powerful this product is. So I give it five stars because I have seen results.

I have been using this product for years, excellent for your gut.

I have been taking collagen for several months now and find that my skin and nails are much improved. I am 69 years old so I tend to have dry skin anyway but the collagen really helps my skin look "plumper". My nails no longer peel. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are large enough to be difficult to swallow. They are capsules though so could be worse. All in all, a very good product.

I like this preparation of Magnesium, it's soft on gut, unlike the other preparation that caused bloating.

After taking several doses I read the bottle and there is also Magnesium Sterate in the ingredients. Studies show This is not good for human consumption. Th way the label reads only Magnesium Glycinate and Vit D is in the capsule. Kal company and Amazon should make buyers aware because Magnesium comes in other unabsorbable forms. I expect a refund even if it’s not returnable. It’s only good for the garbage. I had it in the basket and Amazon sent this before I could take it out of the basket because the other ordered Brand of Magnesium wasn’t shipped so I demand a refund.
