Defective product. Poor customer support.
Nice fan. Very powerful. But doesn’t oscillate. Contacted tornado customer service, and provided the necessary info to them for product support. Was told it’s a bad oscillate motor and they’d send me a replacement. It’s been over a month with repeated follow up to find out where the replacement is. They keep promising that it’s been “expedited to the warehouse” but it never actually ships. I have a 150$ outdoor fan that doesn’t oscillate which is the whole reason I bought it. And it’s past the return window so…There’s better outdoor fans out there. It’d be good if it oscillated. Don’t waste the time or money on it. Look elsewhere
