Works very well. Be aware in outdoor WINDY conditions the flame will be affected. This will serve between 10-12 people as a main dish or more than that if you are planning on making tapas portions.

I'm so over trying to cook a big pan on a small burner by moving it around constantly. There has to be a better way… and this kit is the way, and is an excellent value. Elegant, well made, sturdy, and beautifully enameled and painted. The burner is a Garcima G500 two ring burner. Garcima recommends this for pans measuring 30-46 and 60-70 cm across the top. (A pan above 46 but below 60 cm is too big for the inner ring alone but too small to turn on the outer ring. But your mileage may vary). The included pan is 60 cm, feeds 10 to 20 depending on how thickly you fill it. And it's carbon steel so it will rust quickly if you don't take proper care of it. (Youtube is your friend there). You will need to acquire a propane regulator and hose. Get a fixed low pressure regulator (11 inches of water = 70 mbar = 0.4 psi but the regulator might be labeled 1 psi), at least a 3 foot hose, and a 5/8-18UNF flare fitting (also called 3/8 SAE). AND it has to be capable of at least 48,000 BTU or it may cut out when you turn on both rings. I'm completing the set by also buying a nice paella spatula (wooden handled 20") and a paella pan wind shield that hangs from the pan to protect the flame from a breeze.

The 18 serving unit I purchased had the wrong picture associated with it and I wasn't expecting what I received. The seller had an amicable solution and I am happy with the transaction. FYI the burner unit included with the (18 serving) set is the G500 burner, a decent 2 ring/zone burner. The item pictured was a 3 ring/3 separate valve unit which is what I preferred and was looking for. The description and pictures are now fixed in the listing.
