What type of material is this bike cover ?

It’s similar to a tent material. The water beads up very well. I haven’t had any trouble with water getting thru and my bike sits outside every night.

How does the ine year warrenty work? What does it cover and who do i call if i have a problem?

any interesting question; I would have to say that since I bought it, it is over a year old and other than being a bit sun faded, with the bike being out side year long (I know, I hate it). I have had no other real issues with the cover. with the help of a few bungee cords, to rein in the winds, it still is fine. I do have to add, even not having money to blow on extras like this, I tend to feel I have gotten my money's worth; as such, if it became rag tag or what ever, I will reorder another one to replace it. I feel this strongly about this product and recommend it so

I see the length is 118" but what is the height and width?

Not sure of the hight or width but I have my 92 super glide under it with 11” chump handle bars and there is a lot of room left. Best cover I have ever boughten.
