Low cost Alkaline solution
I ordered this AAA alkaline cartridge two months back for increasing the TDS as during rains the input water TDS goes low and RO output TDS become late 10 to 20. I was looking for a solution to increase the TDS plus making it alkaline water. I purchased this catridge and added after the UV output of Kent Pearl RO system by myself. No mechanic required as it comes with required plugs. They also provided PH tester solution and I have been getting good quality alkaline water from the last 2 months. Very satisfied and highly recommended product

Don't Purchase Very Bad Service
Don't Purchase This Product Very Bad Service . Customer Care Just gives the Service Guy No and after contacting 1 time phone gets switched Off .....This happened multiple times . They shared me 2-3 nos but after talking 1 time all no gets switched off. I recently purchased the Konvio Mineralizer, but the service has been disappointing. Despite agreeing to pay installation, no technician has contacted me to schedule it. The product is gathering dust, and I'm unhappy with the lack of follow-up. *Pros:* Product seems decent *Cons:* No installation, poor customer service Would you like me to modify this review? 😊

pH is fine but ORP got positive with in one month. NOT justified the cost.

Very good product. Alkaline filter cartridge.
This cartridge is doing satisfactory job. I've been using it since 4 months. The taste of water improved drastically. And the acidity of the water is gone. It also enhanced the digestion. Only shortcoming I feel is that, I think, I need to replace is soon as it's wearing out now.

Suddenly stop working
Product bahut acha hai paani ko alkaline bhi kar deta (hai halaki ye product TDS lagbhag 10 unit se bdhata hai regular use me starting me thoda jyada ho sakta hai) Lekin paani me natural mithas le aata hai mujhe bahut pasand aaya! Moreover,inki team ne mujhe bahut support kra, mujhe product working related kuch confusion thi aur konvio team ne bahut support kari,aur mujhe vishwash hai ki agr koi genuine complaint hai aapki product ke related to inki team aapko pura support karegi Mere RO paani me mithaas aa gyi TDS bhi thoda bdha I am satisfied with this product 😇
