Heat shrink tubing roll - 50 feet - 4:1 ratio

You have a need for heat shrink tubing? Do you need it on a roll? Is this the right size and ratio? If yes, then you have found Nirvana. This is it. It works, it shrinks correctly, I measured and there is 50 feet of it. I suppose there are different colors but I needed black. That is all.

I’ve been building Jeeps and rods for many years. Every job entails requiring either partial or complete. I have been using ES-1 heat shrink. This is what the OEM’s provide in their harness and pigtail repair kits. It works great, but it can be really hard to find, and expensive once you do. I ran out recently and could not wait for my source to ship. So I decided I would try some of this product. Well, I’m pleasantly surprised. This Wirefy product is a perfect replacement. It has similar shrink ratio, strength, flexibility, and adhesive qualities to the OEM product. There is possibly a minuscule amount less adhesive in the Wirefy product but there is plenty to create a waterproof seal on a pair of wires sealed in parallel. I’m sold and will be using the Wirefy product on all my projects from now on.

First 4:1 I've found and gotten to use. Allows for more size applications. Great to use. Performs well.

I never realized how important getting adhesive lined wire shrink tubing was. It works great, and prevents the shrink tubing from sliding up and down. Also helps keep moisture out, which causes corrosion. Impressed with quality of wirefly shrink tubing and at a great price too!

it works as it should. Think i was using a small wire doubled over. It held.

I had ran out of 1/4" heat shrink and gave this a try. It works well and shrinks tightly making a great sealed connection. Will not slip on the wire once it has been shrunk. I use a heat gun to shrink.

I have tried a few dozen different brands over the years, but nothing as compared to the quality of this 4-1 heat shrink. 100% the best we have ever used. We make custom harness’s for use in the custom truck accessories market and use a couple rolls a month. Once you heat shrink something with this product it’s there for life. The adhesive inside it must be a structural product because it’s amazingly strong and water proof.

This heat shrink is a pleasure to work with. It shrinks 4 to 1 and the adhesive seals the joint securing it from moisture. This is a very good value!

this is not cheapest but very high quality great for perfect wire repairs. I build hot rod wire harnesses and haven't had any better out of hundreds of wire splices.

I ran into a pickle while replacing a fuel pump. I needed to splice in the old connector as the new one was an old design. I was struggling to find a shrink coating or sealant that I felt comfortable with being in my fuel tank, along with a shrink wrap that would suit my needs! This Wirefly shrink tubing is no joke! It shrinks right done and there is a lot of adhesive inside that leaves me feeling good about the longevity of the product! The quality of the tubing is also very apparent! Pros: -Fuel Resistant! -4:1 shrink ratio is accurate! -Thick tubing with a generous amount of adhesive Cons: -Comes at a higher price tag (Within reason!) In conclusion I would recommend this for heavier duty applications where the wiring may be in contact of chemicals or more extreme elements. For smaller applications such as a wiring harness for a new stereo deck I will stick to the cheaper shrink wrap.
