Good and Tasteless!
Really good and don’t have any taste at all! They are also not hard to swallow in my opinion with medications I have taken in the past! Am unsure how effective they are due to lack of my own blood tests !

I take it for knee pain , it works well
I shed 2 capsules every day. I use it for my joints and knees. I think it works very well to help me walk pain free or less pain, especially in my knees. If I fail to take it, I feel more pain in my knees. I recommend it for knee pain.

there’s no taste. it’s easy to swallow. i don’t notice any pain relief or change in my pain level. they’re not sticky and they’re great value for the money.
