Isn’t as strong as you think.
Initially, this lock was amazing. Very strong hold, easy to assemble and was very stylish. Unfortunately, overtime, the lock began to slightly degrade from the door being opened and closed. About six months after having it someone snatched at my door and broke the hook right off. There was nothing we could do to fix it. Ultimately I thought it was pretty good for the price and am considering purchasing a new one.

Decent product but screws are useless
The latch is good but the screws are useless. Two of the heads broke when I was screwing them in. Best to use your own screws from a local hardware store

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The item I didn’t know I needed until I saw it!
You know those products that make you say, “Wait… why didn’t I think of that?” Yep. This is one of those. I saw this at someone else’s house and immediately needed one. Genius idea! I have a barn door on my laundry room, and apparently my dogs decided the cat litter box was their personal all-you-can-eat buffet. 🤢 (Seriously, dogs… why?!) This little lock solved the problem without ruining the look of my barn door. Now the dogs are locked out, the cat has some privacy, and my laundry room still looks cute. Simple, functional, and exactly the kind of little upgrade that makes you wonder how you lived without it. Five stars for saving my sanity—and saving me from cleaning up that disgusting situation again. 😂
