Pretty straight forward. It's a mug. Does exactly what it says on the box. Keeps a hot drink hot for a couple of hours. After that it slowly cools down. I haven't tried cold drinks yet but I am sure it will perform great. Most important thing for me, it's easy to clean. Other mugs I tried have gaps where liquids can be trapped and it will stink badly after a while. This one has none of that. Simple and easy to keep clean. Some people say the lid comes apart easily, we'll I gave it to starbucks staff to make my coffee in it and they couldn't get the lid off, so I guess it sits there quite sturdy!

Keeps drinks cold for over 12 hrs, I finished my drink and when I got home after 14 hrs there was still ice in the bottom of the cup

Have this in a "his and hers" we love how long this keeps our drinks hot - especially for long journeys. I feel I wish I'd bought the version with a handle as the 30oz does get heavy when full and its size makes it difficult to hold in one hand if you're doing other things! But the choice of colours and quality is perfect, just preference would have chosen one with a handle!

Got this for friend who likes to take a flask of coffee to work, however his coffee is cold within a few hours. This cup keeps it warm (at a good temperature) from 7:30am till at least 15:00pm. Good size too!

Superb quality. This cup is as sturdy as it get. Everything about it has been made brilliantly. Keeps drinks hot or cold for hours. Perfect for the long commute in the car, camping or out on hikes.

Been using it for almost a year now, got the 887ml (30oz), keeps the water cold for hours even in summer, and really helps to keep the habit of drinking water. Always put it in the dishwasher and so far it still looks like new. It's a very good product

Hot stays hot not warm for hours and cold liquids even longer. Love the colour and quality. Has ok suction, if you lay it down it will not leak, only if you turn it completely upside down, some fluid does escape. The 30 oz Rambler is great for your car commute and home use. Not convenient for outdoors and hiking other activities. If needed, I will buy a detachable after market handle or buy another Rambler with the handle added. Still pleased with my purchase.
