It's was hard for me to find what I was looking for in wrist weights. So many are ankle/wrist, but the problem with them is that they are so wide that they aren't comfortable or secure when used on the wrists. I got both the 1 lb and 2 lb versions to use when doing VR exercise and when riding a stationary bike (dumb bell motions as I ride). They make quite a difference. Using just the 1 lb ones when doing something like Beat Saber increases the intensity a lot! These weights fit both me and my husband well, are secure and don't slide all over the place, and most importantly are the width that feels comfortable on the wrist.

These work great but they are sized very small. I’m a little guy 5’6” and 140 lbs. so I ordered the “small medium” but it was too tight, so I returned it and ordered the medium/large which is just right.

I bought these for use with VR Boxing and other fitness apps. You don't want to go too heavy with wrist weights for that use, both because heavier weights will slip more when you're moving your hands rapidly, and because you risk damaging your shoulder. These are just the right size and weight for that use. A couple of things to note. These WILL slip in use if you're not careful how you put them on. My suggestion is to get also a pair of wrist bands (what's sometimes used for carpal tunnel) to wear under these. And mount the weights tightly on top of them, and slightly closer to the hand. This will help keep the weights from moving during use, and will also allow them to be comfortably worn even if the velcro strap is drawn tightly.

My wrists are 6 inches and these fit perfectly. I think if you measure 6.5in and under small/medium is perfect

Ordered the 1 lb each version have worked well. At least one of the 2 lb each version started leaking little weight balls. Maybe it was just a fluke, may order some more.

NOTE: I am very small boned and found these to be a tight fit. They are definitely for women, not for men. But, they are exactly what I wanted to increase my heart rate while walking. I do an indoor "walking" app at home and wanted weights that I could hold or slip on and off of my wrists/hands while walking and exercising to boost my metabolism. These really do the trick! They are a little tricky to slip over my hand and onto my wrist, but they are easy to slip onto my palm like a fingerless glove. I bought two sets so that I can increase the weight to 2 pounds per arm while exercising, I can wear one on each wrist and one around each palm. Then, when my heart rate is up, I can easily slide off the weights that are on my hands and still have the others around my wrists. Yes, clear as mud! They seem to be well made.

Llevaba tiempo buscando éste tipo de pesas para las muñecas son mucho mas comodas que las que tienen velcro y en el caso de estas poco peso pero suficiente para entrenamiento basico

Straps are far too small and would barely fit a child.

Found it fidgety & not user friendly for quick fit on especially when video exercise segment comes on requiring the weight straps. Have to plan ahead. Main issue I found it was too small for my wrists. Too late! In a brick & mortar shop would have advantage to ensure size correctness before purchase. Need to exchange for larger version really but haven't done so yet. Ended up using it in an unstrapped mode. Sigh!!!
