I bought a used Simpson Pressure washer and after getting it home realized it was leaking. I looked on youtube and contacted Simpson Cleaning to confirm that it could possibly just need a water seal kit since some of the seals might be bad. I saw a youtube video by James Bubnick title Simpson OEM pump rebuild valves and seals Pump... Anyway, the video was very helpful and he said in the video that after he replaced the seals, he still had a leak and then he realized there was a small o-ring in the middle of the 3 seals that was missing so he replaced that and it repaired the leak. I had the same experience - after replacing all seals included in the kit, the pump still leaked so I went to Harbor Fr and picked up an o-ring kit for about $5 and found a small one (about the size of a nail top) and it fit and once in, I reassembled the pump and no more leak. The schematic from Simpson does not appear to show the small o-ring and the water seal kit does not include if which I think it should because without it, the pump still leaked immensely. Even though the water seals that were in my pump were old and one was torn from use, I think the leak I had could have been resolved with replacing that one small o-ring. So if anyone takes apart their pump, and then put it back together, make sure to watch for that small o-ring so you don't lose it or your pump, if the same design as mine, will likely leak until its replaced. Another positive was Simpson Cleaning customer service reps were very friendly and tried to help as best as they could based on the schematic but since I'm guessing most have not worked on the pressure washers, they were not aware of the small o-ring that was not included in the schematic nor in the kit. Bottom line, while the kit is good, it should include that small o-ring and Simpson should also update their schematic to show the o-ring.

OEM Simpson seal set. I was able to successfully repair my Simpson triplex pump. Purchased this set after previously failed attempt at repair with generic equivalent.

Looks to contain quality orings, and a full set for my pressure washer. I think there are 2 that I'll likely need, and need many of. Hopefully I can find something to just purchase those, as I don't think I'll need a full set as often. The hose connection and wand connection seem to be the ones easiest to be damaged or lost. Nice to have a full set though in case others go bad. Quality is OEM

I need the filter washer . After inserting it it keeps falling out when a hose is not connected because it is too small . Most hose washers have tabs to prevent this. Not so with these .

I needed to replace both o'rings on each side of my simpson high pressure 1/4" hose. The hose comes with a blue and black oring each side of the hose. I assumed that when I purchased the oring replacement set that you just replace it by color, but the blue in the replacement set is a bigger radius than the stock blue o'ring and the replacement black o'ring is signicantly fatter than the stock blue o'ring. None of the O'rings appear to fit correctly. The blue was too big, the red, green, and black fit snug into the metal grooves but they were all too fat and prevented the hose from connecting into the gun or pump sockets, and the yellow fit snug and was flush with the raised metal, but there seems to be too much space in the groove or the yellow oring does not fill in the groove. I contacted the company, Simpsoncleaning.com, spoke with customer services for some time today and they recommended just buying a new hose. Again, I have a simpson hose and bought simpson orings to replace the old ones, they didn't fit, and now the company recommends I buy a new hose.

The manufacturer's website states this is the replacement part, but the black o-ring does not fit the hose.
