I am very disappointed in all of these bands and how lightweight they are. I own and have used other bands (which my husband bought so brand unknown) that offer much more resistance. (They broke from extensive use - lasted 4 years in a hot and humid climate so I wanted to purchase new ones because I am doing P90X again) I am 5'11 so normally do not have trouble with bands not reaching their measured resistance state - I bought the teal and purple and pink and find the difference between the three colors to be minimal. I am strong - but not this strong! I do not recommend these and I would not purchase them again. I do make loops which helps but when I use them for back and chest - there is only so far away from the wall I can get. I did a bunch of research ahead of time - so I had very high hopes for these bands.

It’s the thinnest tube I’ve ever seen but it works like every other one. Whether 20 or combined with other tubes to increase weight. Can use without grips/handles if u want plenty easy
