I took these prenatal vitamins throughout my pregnancy, and they were a game-changer. They provided all the essential nutrients I needed, including folic acid, iron, and DHA, which made me feel confident I was supporting my baby’s development. The capsules were easy to swallow and didn’t leave any unpleasant aftertaste, which I really appreciated during a time when nausea could strike at any moment. I also noticed that they were gentle on my stomach compared to other brands I’d tried before. These work and give me what I need to recover so I m happy , they are as big as the iron pills you take for prenatals. They are a bit big , the first batch came crushed and was gross but they made it right. It has a similar smell and taste to an iron supplement or pill.

So far these have been great. The pills aren’t overly huge and there isn’t any weird after taste. I also haven’t noticed any upset stomach from taking them. I can’t say if it’s only because of these pills or a combination of factors, but my milk supply has increased lately as well.
