I've been watching videos of Los Angeles in the 1940's, which is where I first saw one of these cars. I thought they looked amazing and wanted a die-cast model of one. I found this listing and HAD to buy one. Let me tell you that the pictures don't do this model justice. In the pics, it looks like the metallic flake in the paint is a little too chunky for a model of this size, but the pictures lie. It looks FANTASTIC in person!!! Both the car and the box it comes in were in perfect condition. I totally recommend this model for anyone who loves this car!

Cars over the years.
Over the years I have owned several cars and I thought I would try to collect models of as many of those cars as possible. I have found quite a few but unfortunately they are not all in the color of the ones I had. This 49 Ford is one that is the right color.
