Sure hope this turns out to be a good book, however...
There are four grammatical errors in just the first two paragraphs of Chapter 1. I sincerely hope the book is good, but it's ("it's" used correctly here - hint, hint) expensive and for a book covering a camera, and a very good one at handling color, there isn't a single color illustration in the whole book. Oh, and the paper quality is just bad for showing printed photos. So... hoping for the best...

SIMPLY THE BEST GUIDE TO ANY SINGLE CAMERA EVER WRITTEN... BUT HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!
I've been deeply involved in photography for over 40 years and I can say, without question, that this is the best guide ever written for any single camera or piece of equipment. Running to nearly 600 pages, it covers every possible aspect of the X100F with such clarity and depth that I regard this book as a minor miracle, never expecting an author to devote this amount of work to a camera that, relatively speaking, only appeals to a niche group of buyers. And, simply put, I can't think of a more essential accessory for your X100F if you're serious about getting the most out of it.So... what do you need to know? I started by buying the MUCH less expensive digital (Kindle) version of this book, which you should just get immediately at that price. You simply can't make a more worthwhile investment in your expensive camera. The publisher will also send you a link to download a pdf version, which can be more convenient to use. All digital content is in full color. But then I decided that I wanted a color book version, too, despite the $100 price tag, just for the convenience inherent in browsing a book. Why the crazy price? As far as I can tell, I don't think the book is "manufactured," per se... I believe they print and bind them one at a time as ordered, which is expensive. If you were to print and bind the 600-page PDF file in color at your local copy shop, I think it would probably cost you more than $100, but that is another option. Although the B&W printed version is half the price, I think color is essential to seeing/understanding the examples of different settings in the book and their effect on photos. For that reason, I find the B&W print version not worth buying.Well, not much more I can say, except that I'd give this book six stars if I could. Thanks for taking the time to read my review and I hope you it helpful in making a buying decision. I do try to respond to questions posted in the comments section.

A reference that you'll want after using your camera for awhile
This really *is* a complete guide. It explains details that are not available even with a close reading of the manual. The only way you can learn the effects of all the settings is to try them - and maybe take notes - and that is exactly what the author has done. True, there are some formatting issues with the electronic versions (three are available), but it's a great reference. if you're like me, you'll look to this book to provide answers to new questions after you've been using your camera for awhile. Five stars for content (not formatting)

ottimo approfondimento per un'ottima macchina fotografica
fornisce un ottimo approfondimento delle funzionalità e configurazioni della macchina. Ma soprattutto fornisce una chiave di lettura ordinata per l'apprendimento di tali funzioni. Consigliato.

A must have if you own a Fujifilm X100F !
If you own an X100F you must buy this book. The most comprehensive and helpful camera book I have seen - lots of tips and tricks to help get the most from the highly configurable Fujifilm camera. Also included are links to download some additional material, especially on how to use flash with Fujifilm cameras, which in my case the publisher very kindly fulfilled very quickly last night (thx very much Tony Friedman).
