My hairdresser uses these straightners. Really easy to use and glide beautifully through my hair without snagging. Love the on/off button and choice of heat settings. Look lovely too in white.

I have always used this brand and never had a problem. Had two different models recently and they have both been faulty! The new packaging bends the wire too tight! This means they glitch and turn on and off during use

Things to know- it doesn't have heat protection on the outside so the tools gets too hot to hold and thus style hair (can't curl hair). it's also a bit heavy and clunky to hold. there are better out there. it's heavier than a ghd and not as slim.
